Identidot’s Collections Inventory & Coding Kit & Costings.

Following the successful introduction of our home security kit we have now extended it for the use of clients with large collections who would prefer to code the items themselves such as Universities, Museums, colleges, corporate organisations etc. All backed up by the high quality Identidot service. In the event of theft or fire we will be able to assist the relevant agencies, police, insures, loss adjusters, search agencies in identifying the rightful ownership of valued possessions. Also using the stolen register on our website www.identidot.com

The kit includes:-

· DNA & UV solutions		· Digital Camera & 128mb memory stick
	· Computer software for camera	· USB Lead
	· Butterfly window stickers (deterrent)	· Ultra Violet lamp
	· Pre paid special delivery envelope	· Recording document (micro map)

All provided in an executive case.

When you have taken your photographs return the memory stick and the recording document back to Identidot in the   pre paid special delivery envelope and we will process the information into a portfolio of certificates (log book) of each item coded as well as providing a CD rom of the backup photographs you have taken, along with our Asset Management software programme. This will include all the items you have coded, enlarged photographs, locations,  categories, areas for valuation calculations as well as print out mode e.g. room by room print outs, category printouts etc.

You can either purchase enough materials to code all of your items at once or spread the material requirement and cost over a period of time to assist with budgetary requirements.

First 50 items = the kit @ £425.00 + 451 items @ £3.00 per item = £1,778.00

* This amount will be reduced, after the first 50 items, by a further 10% if paid for in full i.e. £2.70 per item.

Length of coding agreement – say 3 months =

First 50 items = the kit @ £425.00 + 951 items @ £2.50 per item = £2,802.50

* This amount will be reduced, after the first 50 items, by a further 10% if paid for in full i.e. £2.25 per item.

All figures are exclusive of vat. - All contract lengths are negotiable to suit your needs and budgets.

An annual database & search fee will be charged at a rate of £25.00 & 0.25p per item. This figure is negotiable on larger collections.

First 50 items is the Full Kit with Camera etc. as stated above.
