Collections Kit

Designed to code an extensible number of items, the Collections Kit can be used inside or out, perfect for larger collections, and a whole range of applications.

The Collections Kit makes the Identidot technology more accessible. It enables you to code the number items you require. You can do it yourself or use the Identidot Coding Service.

The Kit consists of:

  • DNA & UV coding solutions to handle the number of items to code
  • digital camera , memory stick, USB lead and PC software
  • butterfly window stickers (deterrent)
  • UV lamp
  • asset recording document
  • everything you need to do the job, supplied in an executive carry case

Self service kit for all your items

All you need in one case

Load the data into a standalone database or on-line

Optional Coding Service

When you have finished taking your photographs the data needs to be entered into the Asset Management database. There are 3 options:

  • CD Standalone Option – use the standalone database approach
  • On-line Option 1 – use the on-line database but using Identidot to input the initial data
  • On-line Option 2 – use the on-line database and input the data yourself

For the CD Standalone Option and the On-line Option 1, the data needs to be returned to Identidot for processing. This means you return the memory stick and the asset recording document to Identidot in the pre-paid special delivery envelope (supplied) and we will process the information into the appropriate database.

For the On-line Option 2 you can login to the Identidot website and input the items and their data yourself, including uploading the images.

The Kit can also be supplied as a Home Kit in various formats to meet larger collections such as museums, large private collections, foundations, universities, colleges, corporate bodies and more.

For large collections you may want to use Identidot's Coding Service which can carry out the coding for you on-site.

I would of course be happy to mention your security marking services to my friends and other acquaintances.
